Kanban Board

Privacy Policy · Last updated: July 28, 2026

Kanban Board is an offline app. Your boards, columns and cards are stored only on your device — we operate no server and never receive them.

1. Who we are

LuckyhanStudio ("we") publishes the Kanban Board Android application (the "App"). This policy explains what the App stores, what third parties can see, and the choices you have.

By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. What stays on your device

Everything you create in the App is written to local storage on your device and is never transmitted to us:

You can export this data yourself as JSON or CSV at any time. Exported files are written to the location you choose through your device's file picker; what happens to them afterwards is up to you.

3. What we do not collect

We do not operate an account system, a backend server or a sync service. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos or the contents of your boards.

4. Advertising

The App shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob (banner, native, interstitial and app-open formats). To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect and process device and usage information, including your advertising identifier, IP address, device type and interactions with the ads.

This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your Android settings under Settings › Google › Ads.

5. Your advertising choices

Where consent is required — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the App asks for it through Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalised advertising request is made.

You can change your choice at any time: open Settings › Ad privacy options in the App. That entry appears whenever your region requires an ongoing way to revisit the decision.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Keeping and deleting data

Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Uninstalling the App removes all of its local data. Clearing the App's storage in Android settings has the same effect.

If you have enabled Android's system backup, your device may include the App's data in the backup your device maker or Google holds. That backup is governed by their policies, not ours.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including the EEA and the UK under the GDPR, and California under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection over personal data.

Since we hold no personal data about you, those rights are exercised directly: your data is on your device and you can view, export or delete it yourself at any time. For advertising data held by Google, use the choices described in section 5 or contact Google directly.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
