What it does
Boards that fit your work
Run as many boards as you like, each with its own columns — rename, reorder, add and remove them freely.
Cards in one tap
Type a title, press Done. Due dates, priorities and repeat rules are there when you want them, never in the way.
WIP limits that mean something
Cap how many cards a column may hold. The board warns you, or blocks the move outright — your choice.
Repeating cards
Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly or any interval. The next card appears when you finish this one, or when its date arrives.
Automatic tidying
Completed cards move to the archive on a schedule you set, so the board stays about what is still to do.
A dashboard per board
Overdue, due today, column load and completion pace — enough to see where work is piling up.
Widgets and the share sheet
Check a column and add cards from the home screen, or send text and links straight in from any other app.
Your data, your files
Full JSON backups and CSV export/import. Restore shows you what is in the file before it changes anything.
